Great for casual camping, but maybe not for harder use., March 31, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Genji Sports One-Piece Instant Setup Family Camping Tent (Sports) I bought this tent for a four-day camping trip in the mountains because I wanted something I could put up and take down quickly without needing to ask any of my fellow campers for help (self-sufficiency is a huge hangup of mine). I didn't have the time or space to practice setting it up before the trip, but even so, it turned out to be really easy to do! Taking it down was even easier, and it packed back into its storage bag with a minimum of hassle -- a rarity with any tent. It has a small footprint and a tall dome, and it held up exceedingly well over a couple of windy nights. I doubt it'd last through TOO many crazy storms, but the poles being attached to the fabric probably means that it would do better than most comparable lightweight tents. I camp about three weekends a year, so this tent fits my needs perfectly!

I was not only looking for a sun shelter only in the summer but relatively sturdy tent which can withhold rain for usage in autumn.
I found this and the price was reasonable. It took a couple of practice to set it up but basically it is large size pop up tent which is easy than the conventional camping tent. The only set back is that if you need to be tall to lever the camp to spread. Might be tough for short people.

Took me about 5 minutes to figure out how to set up...after finally reading the instructions attached to the bag. After that, it was a breeze setting up and tearing down.
By bringing the top setup bar and holding bar together, it will pop-up after 3-5 seconds of squeezing them like hedge shears. So don't be afraid. It's not going to break. If the top setup bar is making you reach past your head, set it down again, hold the top setup bar around head level with one arm, the holding bar around waist level with the other, and squeeze the bars together. Fasten the top setup bar to the holding bar. Next, straighten the folding poles if they didn't flex and straighten up after bringing the bars together. Lastly, push up the middle hub to the top center peg and hook the loop. Tear down is even faster as long as you don't forget to unhook the loop and to push down the middle hub first.
