This tent was super easy to set up! I just stepped inside, popped it up and voila the tent is up. The rain-fly attached with ease (only one pole) and it was needed - within an hour of set-up, the sky opened up and a torrential rain fell for over 16 hours! I stayed quite dry, thank you very much! Great tent. Center height is about 5'7" - a queen size mattress does fit, but only leaves about a 3'x7' space. LOVE THIS TENT!
More needed, April 9, 2012 This review is from: Kelsyus OGO Tent 4 (7- by 7-Feet) (Sports) Love this tent. It's setup is FAST and EASY. Maybe 5 minutes (with tarp under and staked down) alone and fully Ready to use. Never raced or timed it.
I survived what I thought was a Big Wind and Rain storm with out blinking an Eye.
BUT a few week later I was hit by a storm that everyone was joking about "So I see you survived the wind storm last night". Well I hate to say The tent did fold up on me. But this was wind that I was starting to think there was a Tornado associated with so I feel it took the Knock out Well.
The tent did actually survive. One leg went double jointed but I managed to fix it once I got home. Took about 30 minutes and cost about 5 bucks.
Hey this was some Major Wind and I did not have it Stacked out for full storm mode. If I had I think it would have really showed it's stuff.
I have worn a hole in the floor so I will have to put a patch but I am buying carpet for it tomorrow. I love this tent and Would Like to find another one just... Read more
Great tent! Roomy and easy to set up, September 18, 2011 This review is from: Kelsyus OGO Tent 4 (7- by 7-Feet) (Sports) We took this tent on a cross country car trip and it was great! We were looking for something that was quick and easy to put up and take down without breaking a sweat. This tent fills the bill.
It can literally be set up in two minutes. Step one: stake the four corners and entry, step two: step inside the tent and raise the support frame, step three: if desired insert shock pole into sleeve of rain fly. Done! (Could be done easily in the dark.)
We got comments from other campers about how quickly the tent was set up.
Another nice thing about this tent is you can stand up in it. I am six foot tall and only had to bend slightly to walk around in it. My wife is five foot 2 inches and could stand fully up and get dressed with ease.
We bought the 4 person tent for the two of us so that we had lots of room to spread out.
Only negatives with this tent is that it is a bit heavy and bulky, door seemed a bit cramped and the zipper... Read more
